Noble Gold prices its IRA the way a long holder should want it priced, in flat annual dollars that do not climb when your metal appreciates. It also declines to print those dollars anywhere a prospect can read them. This page separates the two facts, projects the cost to a decade at three balances, and hands you the documents that turn an estimate into a number you can rely on.

Budget roughly $245 to $395 for your first year with Noble Gold Investments and roughly $150 to $300 every year after that, then replace both figures with the written schedule before you send money. The first-year band covers a one-time setup charge, one wire and a full annual cycle of custodian plus storage and insurance; the ongoing band is the annual cycle alone. Those numbers come from our verified category research rather than from Noble Gold, because the company publishes no line-by-line schedule and advertises no fee waiver, and we will not print a figure it has not stated.
What Noble Gold does confirm is the shape of the bill: flat annual amounts rather than a percentage of assets, a minimum around $20,000, and a genuine choice of vault including International Depository Services in Texas. Flat pricing is the right structure, and on a ten-year hold the whole administrative bill is smaller than one careless coin decision.

Two columns, deliberately. The middle one holds only what we could verify about this company in Jun 2026. The right one holds the band our category research puts around each line, so you can see at a glance whether a quote sits inside normal or outside it.
| LINE ITEM | NOBLE GOLD, VERIFIED POSITION | CATEGORY BAND, OUR RESEARCH | WHAT TO PIN DOWN |
|---|---|---|---|
| Account setup, one time | NOT PUBLISHED | $50 to $80 | Whether it is charged at all, and whether it is billed by Noble Gold or by the custodian. |
| Wire fee, per transfer | NOT PUBLISHED | $25 to $40 | Who charges it, and how many wires a funded rollover actually involves. |
| Annual custodian and administration | Flat annual, amount not published | $75 to $125 per year | The custodian name, then that custodian's own published schedule rather than a dealer summary of it. |
| Annual storage and insurance | Flat annual, amount not published | $100 to $150 per year | The figure at each vault you are offered, priced separately for segregated and commingled. |
| Storage type | Both offered, confirm in writing which applies | Segregated carries a premium | Whether your specific bars come back to you on sale, and what the difference costs per year. |
| Depository choice | International Depository Services in Texas, Delaware, a Canadian option referenced | Most providers assign one vault | Whether the annual storage figure moves with the vault you elect. Assume it can. |
| Custodian identity | NOT NAMED PUBLICLY | Three of ten providers name partners | Ask before signing. That schedule bills you for the life of the account. |
| Minimum investment | Approximately $20,000 for the IRA | $5,000 to $50,000 across the ten | Public figures for this company range from $2,000 to $20,000. Get the current IRA number in writing. |
| Waiver or promotion | None advertised | Several rivals publish waivers | Any waiver offered on a call is a concession, so capture its duration and the renewal price. |
| Fee model | Flat annual, not a percentage of assets | Flat is the better structure | Confirm nothing scales with balance, including storage above a threshold. |
| Full schedule published | NO | One of ten publishes line by line | Request it as a document, not as a verbal summary on a recorded call. |
Source: Noble Gold positions from our provider dataset and the 2026 gold IRA comparison chart, which records this company as setup not published, flat annual in year one and thereafter, waiver condition none advertised, and schedule published no. Minimum, depository and storage-type entries from our Noble Gold Investments review. Category bands from our gold IRA fees research. All verified Jun 2026, confirm current pricing.
Almost every page on the open web claiming to know what Noble Gold charges is guessing, mostly from each other. We looked for a document rather than a paraphrase: a schedule, a disclosure, an account agreement, anything stating setup, custodian, storage and wire charges as figures. In our Jun 2026 pass we found none, which is why our comparison chart records the setup fee as not published, both annual columns as flat annual with no amount attached, and the schedule column as a plain no.
Set that against the same chart's entry for Birch Gold Group, which publishes the whole thing line by line at $50 setup, $30 wire, $110 storage and insurance and $125 management, totalling about $265 a year. That company has decided a prospect should be able to price the account alone at midnight. Noble Gold has decided the number belongs in a conversation.
Be careful what that implies. An unpublished schedule is not an expensive schedule, flat pricing in this category clusters tightly, and nothing suggests Noble Gold sits at the top of the band. What non-disclosure reliably costs you is leverage: you cannot benchmark a number you were never given, so you enter the conversation without a reference point while the person opposite has one.
The minimum tells the same story in miniature. Our dataset carries Noble Gold at approximately $20,000 to open an IRA, while public sources variously report $2,000, $10,000 and $20,000, partly because non-IRA metal sells at a far lower threshold. Treat every published entry figure, ours included, as a working assumption until a representative confirms the current IRA number in writing.
Everything above is the small money. The large money is the dealer spread, the gap between the live spot price of gold and the price you actually pay for the coin or bar. It is not a fee in the accounting sense, so it appears on no schedule, and it leaves your account in full on the day you buy.
Our category research puts the premium on ordinary bullion, meaning American Gold Eagles, Maple Leafs and standard approved bars, at roughly 3 percent to 8 percent over spot. On proof coins, fractional pieces and anything framed as rare or limited, it commonly runs 20 percent to 40 percent or more. That second band is where gold IRA buyers get hurt, and the injury is permanent, because a buyback prices off metal content rather than off the story attached to the coin.
We are not going to print a spread percentage for Noble Gold, because Noble Gold has not published one and no honest page can invent it. Our review does establish that the company trades largely in recognisable bullion, which is the correct starting point. Getting the number is a two-minute job you must do yourself, and here is the form of words: ask the representative to state by email the total price for the exact products in your order alongside the spot price at the moment of quoting, expressed as a percentage over spot, plus the buyback percentage below spot on those same products.
Insist on the exact products rather than the catalogue generally, because a house average conceals the fractional pieces where the premium hides. Our gold IRA fees guide sets out how the five cost categories fit together, and the gold IRA fee calculator lets you test a quote against the band before accepting it.
Notice what makes flat pricing worth having: the dollars in every row are identical across all three balances. A flat structure does not care how much metal it is minding, so the only thing changing across the columns is how much of your account the bill represents.
| HOLDING PERIOD | $25,000 ACCOUNT | $50,000 ACCOUNT | $100,000 ACCOUNT |
|---|---|---|---|
| Year one, middle of the band | $320, or 1.28% of the balance | $320, or 0.64% | $320, or 0.32% |
| Five years, middle of the band | $1,220, or 4.9% | $1,220, or 2.4% | $1,220, or 1.2% |
| Ten years, middle of the band | $2,345, or 9.4% | $2,345, or 4.7% | $2,345, or 2.3% |
| Ten years, bottom of the band | $1,595, or 6.4% | $1,595, or 3.2% | $1,595, or 1.6% |
| Ten years, top of the band | $3,095, or 12.4% | $3,095, or 6.2% | $3,095, or 3.1% |
| One 5% bullion spread, paid once at purchase | $1,250 | $2,500 | $5,000 |
| One 30% proof-coin spread, paid once at purchase | $7,500 | $15,000 | $30,000 |
Illustrative only, and not a Noble Gold quote. Noble Gold does not publish an amount, so the projection uses our verified category band from the gold IRA fees research: a combined custodian plus storage cost of $150 a year at the bottom, $225 in the middle and $300 at the top, plus a one-time $95 for setup and a single wire. Spread rows use the same research: 3% to 8% on ordinary bullion, 20% to 40% or more on proof and collectible coins. Percentages are the cumulative cost against the opening balance and ignore metal price movement. Verified Jun 2026, confirm current pricing.
Read the last two rows against the ten-year rows and the priority order settles itself. On a $50,000 account, one move into proof coins costs $15,000 at the till, more than sixty years of administration at the middle of the band. A disciplined bullion purchase at 5 percent on the same account costs $2,500, still slightly more than the whole decade of fees. The metal decision dominates, and anyone shaving $40 off a storage line before signing for a fractional proof coin has optimised the wrong variable.
The projection also shows where the roughly $20,000 minimum bites. At the entry point you sit at the shallow end of a flat structure, where an identical bill takes the largest slice of your account. Flat pricing pays you back with scale and with time.
Noble Gold has the widest depository choice on our comparison chart: International Depository Services in Texas and a referenced Canadian facility alongside the Delaware Depository most of this industry uses by default. On a fee page that flexibility deserves a sharper framing than it usually gets, because a choice of vault is also a choice of storage bill.
Depositories set their own tariffs, differing by facility, by storage type and sometimes by the declared value of the holding. Our chart records that Noble Gold offers both segregated and commingled storage and that you should confirm in writing which applies, which means the annual storage figure is not one number anybody can hand you before you elect. Segregated keeps your specific bars and coins apart and returns those exact pieces on sale; commingled pools identical products and returns equivalent ones, usually for slightly less.
So ask for storage as a small grid rather than a figure: Texas segregated, Texas commingled, Delaware segregated, Delaware commingled. Four cells, one email. An answer with no facility and no storage type attached is not yet an answer. Our gold IRA storage guide covers both models and the insurance questions worth putting to the depository directly.
One boundary belongs here because the saving people imagine does not exist: you cannot cut storage costs by keeping IRA metal at home. Personal possession of bullion held inside an IRA is treated as a distribution, the eligible-metals rules sit in statute at IRC 408(m), and the United States Tax Court addressed the arrangement in McNulty v. Commissioner, 157 T.C. No. 10 (2021). See home storage gold IRAs.
Everything above is a band, a position or an illustration, because that is all the published record supports. Three documents convert it into your actual cost. Collect them before funding and keep them, because they are what you will hold the second annual invoice against.
A fourth request is not a document but belongs in the same chain: the spread over spot on the products in your order, with the buyback percentage below spot on those same products. Send all four in one message before agreeing to anything. How fast and how fully it is answered is itself information about the firm.
This table ranks disclosure rather than price, because price is exactly what cannot be compared when one side is blank.

Source: our 2026 gold IRA comparison chart and the underlying provider dataset. Birch Gold Group publishes $50 setup, $30 wire, $110 storage and insurance and $125 management. The American Hartford Gold all-in figure includes roughly $75 of management on accounts at or under $100,000. Fees verified Jun 2026, confirm current pricing.
Two conclusions follow. If knowing the exact cost before speaking to anybody matters most, Birch Gold Group is the only provider on our chart that permits it. If choosing where your metal physically sits matters most, nothing on the chart competes with Noble Gold, and the price of that flexibility is an afternoon spent extracting figures a competitor would have handed you.
On the regulatory record, we found no verified enforcement action against Noble Gold Investments in Securities and Exchange Commission or Commodity Futures Trading Commission material touching its fees or pricing disclosure, and it is accredited by the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating and a low complaint count. That is an absence of findings rather than a statement about price, and such records change, so check the live profiles. The full assessment sits in our Noble Gold Investments review.
Noble Gold Investments charges a flat annual amount rather than a percentage of your balance, but it does not publish the amount, so nobody can quote you a verified figure without a written schedule from the company. Our category research puts a flat custodian fee at roughly $75 to $125 a year and flat storage with insurance at roughly $100 to $150 a year, which is a combined band of about $150 to $300. Add a one-time setup charge of roughly $50 to $80 and a wire of roughly $25 to $40 and the first year lands near $245 to $395. Those are category figures verified Jun 2026, not Noble Gold quotes, and you should replace them with the written schedule before you fund anything.
No. As of our Jun 2026 verification pass we could not find a single Noble Gold document that sets out setup, custodian, storage and wire charges line by line, which is why our comparison chart records the schedule as not published and the setup fee as not published. Birch Gold Group is the only provider on our chart that publishes a full line by line schedule, and American Hartford Gold publishes an all-in figure of roughly $180 a year without the components. The absence of a Noble Gold schedule is a disclosure gap rather than evidence of an expensive account, but it moves the burden of verification onto you.
Not in dollars, and dramatically in percentage terms. Our dataset carries the Noble Gold minimum at approximately $20,000, though reported figures range from $2,000 to $20,000 across public sources, partly because non-IRA purchases carry a lower threshold than the retirement account. Because the structure is flat, a $25,000 account and a $100,000 account are billed the same dollar amount, so the annual cost falls from roughly 0.9 percent of the smaller balance to roughly 0.23 percent of the larger one at the middle of the category band. Flat pricing rewards larger balances and long holding periods.
It usually does across this industry, and Noble Gold has not published the differential. Our chart records that Noble Gold offers both segregated and commingled storage and that you should confirm in writing which one applies to your account. Segregated storage keeps your specific bars and coins physically apart and returns those exact pieces on sale, while commingled storage pools identical products and returns equivalent pieces. Noble Gold also gives you an unusually wide choice of vault, including International Depository Services in Texas alongside the Delaware Depository, so ask for the annual storage figure at each facility and for each storage type before you elect one.
None that we could verify. Our comparison chart records the Noble Gold waiver condition as none advertised, which puts it alongside Advantage Gold and Lear Capital and behind providers whose waivers we could confirm in published material. Birch Gold Group waives the first year on qualifying rollovers of $50,000 or more, American Bullion waives storage and the custodian fee for a first year with no published size condition, and Augusta Precious Metals covers custodian and storage for up to ten years on qualifying accounts. If a Noble Gold representative offers you a waiver, it is a negotiated concession rather than a published programme, so get the duration and the renewal price in the same email.
